Drew is a commercial portrait, and editorial photographer based in Brooklyn, NY that wants to tell your visual story. A Chicago native, his teenage love of post-punk bands introduced Drew to his first major creative influence— album covers created by graphic artist Vaughan Oliver and photographer Simon Larbalestier. Their mysterious, moody imagery inspired Drew to buy his first camera and launch a career. Drew has been based in Los Angeles, Chicago, and now New York, where he loves shooting musicians, artists, athletes, and other amazing people for brands, editorial clients, and the artists themselves. His work has been featured in exhibitions internationally, including a New York City Parks public art pop up show along the 2018 and 2019 NYC Marathon course displaying portraits of marathoners living in Brooklyn. When he’s not behind a camera, Drew is probably logging miles in prep for a marathon, climbing walls, or hanging out at home with his girlfriend and their animals.
